Review the policies that affect booking changes, lodging, deposits, weather calls, and passenger waiver expectations before your group confirms a trip.

Cancellations and changes — fishing charters and lodging
- Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, unless you book within 7 days of your trip. After that, deposits are non-refundable.
- Bookings made within 7 days of the trip: deposits are non-refundable.
- Reschedule at least 30 days before your trip or arrival with no penalty.
- Cancelling 30 to 7 days before: the deposit may be forfeited.
- Cancelling inside 7 days: the deposit may be forfeited, plus a charge of 25% of the booking cost.
- No-show: the deposit may be forfeited, plus a charge of 50% of the booking cost.
- If a fishing trip is cancelled for weather or a mechanical problem (the captain decides), its deposit, including lodging booked with that trip, may be applied to a future trip.
- Deposits and gift cards expire five years from purchase.
Waiver and safety acknowledgement
Guests may be asked to complete a passenger and fishing waiver before departure.
The waiver covers boating, weather, fishing tackle, wildlife, physical readiness, falls, drowning, and other risks associated with fishing, package trips, and lodging.
Questions about the waiver should be raised before the trip date so the crew can help the group prepare.
