Read the terms & conditions →Passenger waiver
Every passenger is asked to review the Boat Passenger and Fishing Waiver before the trip. The crew explains how to complete it when your booking is confirmed.

Fuel surcharge above $4 per gallon
Fuel is included in your charter. Because fuel markets are uncertain, a surcharge applies when the national price of regular unleaded gasoline is above $4.00 per gallon. Only the amount above $4.00 is charged, multiplied by a set number of gallons for your type of trip.
- Price: the U.S. average retail price of regular gasoline published weekly by the U.S. Energy Information Administration ↗, using the week before your trip.
- Gallons: a fixed allowance for each type of trip, which the crew tells you when you book. It does not change with how far the boat runs on the day.
For example, at a national price of $4.50 per gallon a trip with a 300-gallon allowance carries a $150 surcharge. At $4.00 or below there is no surcharge.
