Fish Recipes from "Chef" Alex

Alex was born and raised in Baton Rouge.  His two loves have always been the great outdoors and the culinary arts.  Even though he is not a real chef, he certainly can cook through years of experience helping his grandmother, his mother and friends down the bayou cook.  He is Captain Joey’s younger brother and this summer helped out as a deckhand on the Catalyst.  He got his passion for cooking through his brother’s endless supply of wild game and fish.  He is just a senior in high school but has been cooking since he could light a stove.
