Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 bell pepper diced
½ of jalapeno pepper diced
½ cup of chopped cilantro
½ cup of sour cream
½ cup of cheddar cheese (shredded)
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon of black pepper
Soft tortillas
Mahi fillets
Instructions:
Sauté’ peppers in olive oil. Once peppers are soft, throw in fillets. Once fillets are cooked through, add sour cream and cilantro. Serve hot with cheddar cheese.
