Ingredients:
(2) 8 ounce swordfish steaks
1/3 cup of olive oil
½ cup of teriyaki sauce
½ stick of butter
Tablespoon of garlic
Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Season swordfish steaks with salt and pepper then let marinate in Ziploc bag with teriyaki sauce and olive oil for 30 minutes. Melt garlic and butter in a separate pan. Heat grill to 400. Place sword steaks on grill and baste with butter and garlic sauce. Cook on each side for 3 minutes and enjoy.
