Ingredients: 

(2) 6 ounce wahoo steaks

½ stick of butter

Pinch of cinnamon

Tablespoon of brown sugar

Teaspoon of slap yo momma seasoning

Spicy mayo sauce (mayo, Sriracha, and lime juice to taste)

​Instructions:

Melt butter in pan on high heat.  Cover wahoo fillets in cinnamon, sugar, and seasoning.  Cook fillets 2 minutes on each side.  Cool off and dip in mayo sauce.
