Ingredients:
Half stick of butter
½ onion diced
Clove of garlic diced
Tablespoon of chives
1 lemon juiced
Teaspoon of dried lemongrass
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter then add onion. Once onion is soft, add garlic, lemongrass, and tilefish fillet. Once cooked thoroughly, add chives.
